Vehicle electrical system control is equipped with On Board Diagnostics (OBD) capabilities which assists in troubleshooting.
Use Fault Finding on the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
The following illustrations show working on the tail lamps in the tail lamp cluster on the left side of the vehicle. Working on the right rear lid tail lamps is identical.
In addition to the tail lamp bulb the tail lamp in the rear lid also contains the rear fog lamp bulb. The rear fog lamp bulb is located in the left tail lamp only on vehicles for right traffic; on vehicles for left traffic, the fog lamp bulb is located in the right tail lamp; USA and Canada vehicles do not have a rear fog lamp.
