Headlamp Mounting Tabs, Repairing
If the tabs -1- and -2- at the top, the inner tab -3- or the rear tab -4- are damaged or broken off, then can be repaired using a repair kit. It is not necessary to replace the entire headlamp.
NOTE:
Check whether there is any further damage on the headlamp that makes installation of the repair set unnecessary.
The repair kits for Halogen headlamps and HID headlamps are the same.
The left and right headlamps have different repair kits .
To repair the outer tabs at the top -1-, refer to UPPER, OUTER .
To repair the inside tabs at the top -2-, refer to UPPER, INNER .
To repair the tab on the inside -3- refer to INNER HEADLAMP MOUNTING .
To repair the rear tab -4- refer to REAR .
