- Replace the O-rings after disassembly

- Allocate using the transmission code letters. Refer to the Parts information

- Replace after removing
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2.

- For attaching the transmission cover with seal to the transmission housing
Clutch End Cover
- For the dual clutch
- Removing and Installing. Refer to CLUTCH END COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Dual Clutch
- Clutch information. Refer to CLUTCH .
- Removing. Refer to DUAL CLUTCH, REMOVING .
- Installing. Refer to DUAL CLUTCH, INSTALLING .
Bleed Pipe
- Replace after removing
- Pressed into the transmission housing
Bleed Cap
- Placed on bleed pipe
Nut
- 20 Nm
- Replace after removing
Selector Lever
- Insert so that master spline aligns with shift rod
Seal
- For the selector shaft
- Replacing. Refer to SELECTOR SHAFT SEAL, REPLACING .
Bolt
- 20 Nm +90°
- Replace after removing
Transmission Fluid Cooler
- Removing and Installing. Refer to TRANSMISSION FLUID COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Cable Bracket
- For the selector lever cable

Filter Housing

Transmission Fluid Filter
- Information on changing filter. Refer to TRANSMISSION FLUID FILTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Replacing. Refer to TRANSMISSION FLUID FILTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Transmission Input Speed Sensor -G182- /Clutch Oil Temperature Sensor -G509-
- Both sensors are a single component and can only be replaced together.
- Removing and Installing. Refer to Transmission Input Speed Sensor -G182- /Clutch Oil Temperature Sensor -G509-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Alignment Pin
- Quantity: 2
- For centering the transmission fluid pump to the transmission housing
Seal

Transmission Fluid Pump

Overflow Pipe

- Plastic
- To drain the transmission fluid, remove the drain and check plugs, and remove the overflow pipe.
- The length of the overflow pipe determines the fluid level inside the transmission
- Allocate according to the Parts information.
Seal
- Replace after removing
Drain and Check Plug
- 45 Nm
- There is an overflow pipe with a 8 mm inner hex behind this bolt
- Drain transmission fluid above drain- and check plugs and remove the overflow pipe
