High Temperature Circuit Coolant Pump -V467-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING: Removing
-- Open the coolant reservoir cap -arrow-.
The cooling system is under pressure when the engine is warm. Risk of scalding due to hot steam and hot coolant.
Scalding the skin and other parts of the body is possible.
- Wear safety gloves.
- Wear protective eyewear.
- Reduce the pressure by covering the coolant expansion tank cap with a cloth and carefully opening it.
-- Remove the noise insulation. Refer to NOISE INSULATION .
-- Release and disconnect the connector -A- from the Brake System Vacuum Pump - V192- -B-.
-- Disconnect the coolant hoses -2- on the High Temperature Circuit Coolant Pump -V467- with :3094 .
-- Release and disconnect the connector -3- from the High Temperature Circuit Coolant Pump -V467- -1-.
-- Remove the bolts -4- and remove the bracket with the Brake System Vacuum Pump -V192- and High Temperature Circuit Coolant Pump -V467- from the transmission.
-- Loosen the clamps and remove the coolant hoses.
-- Remove the three bolts -arrows- for the High Temperature Circuit Coolant Pump -V467- -3-.
-- Remove the High Temperature Circuit Coolant Pump -V467- from the bracket.
