Right Seal, Replacing: Installing

-- Install the seal all the way in without tilting it.

-- Fill the space between the sealing and dust lip halfway with Sealing Grease :G 052 128 A1 .

-- Install the flange shaft.

-- Attach flange shaft with the bolt and tighten.

-- Fasten the drive axle to the flange shaft. Refer to DRIVE AXLE .

-- Attach the drive axle heat shield -arrows- (if equipped). Refer to DRIVE AXLE .

-- Check the transmission fluid level. Refer to TRANSMISSION FLUID .

-- Install the noise insulation. Refer to NOISE INSULATION .
