Release Bearing
- Removing and Installing. Refer to CLUTCH RELEASE MECHANISM, SERVICING .
- Remove and install together with the clutch release lever -item ) OVERVIEW - CLUTCH RELEASE MECHANISM - Clutch Release Lever and guide sleeve -item ) OVERVIEW - CLUTCH RELEASE MECHANISM - Guide Sleeve
- Replace loud bearings
Bolt
- 5 Nm +90°
- Replace after removing
Clutch Release Lever
- Remove and install together with the release bearing -item ) OVERVIEW - CLUTCH RELEASE MECHANISM - Release Bearing and guide sleeve -item ) OVERVIEW - CLUTCH RELEASE MECHANISM - Guide Sleeve
- Removing and Installing. Refer to CLUTCH RELEASE MECHANISM, SERVICING .
- Remove grease already present
Spring
- Attach to the clutch release lever
Guide Sleeve
- Remove and install together with the release bearing -item ) OVERVIEW - CLUTCH RELEASE MECHANISM - Release Bearing and clutch release lever -item ) OVERVIEW - CLUTCH RELEASE MECHANISM - Clutch Release Lever
- Removing and Installing. Refer to CLUTCH RELEASE MECHANISM, SERVICING .
Input Shaft Seal
- Pry out with a screwdriver
- Installing. Refer to Installing Seal For The Input Shaft .
Ball Stud
- 20 Nm
- Grease with Grease for Clutch Disc Shaft Splines.
Transmission
Hex Bolt
- 20 Nm
Bracket
- For hose/line assembly
Clutch Slave Cylinder
- Removing and Installing. Refer to CLUTCH SLAVE CYLINDER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
