Overview - Clutch, With Single Flywheel

- Flywheel
- Removing and installing. Refer to CYLINDER BLOCK, TRANSMISSION SIDE (CVCA, CUUA, CUUB, DELA, DEBA, DEJA, DGMA) , CYLINDER BLOCK, TRANSMISSION SIDE (CZCA, CZDA, CZTA) , CYLINDER BLOCK, TRANSMISSION SIDE (CBPA, CKJA) , CYLINDER BLOCK, TRANSMISSION SIDE (CNLA, CRJA) or CYLINDER BLOCK, TRANSMISSION SIDE (CPLA, CPPA, CPKA, CPRA) .
- Make sure it fits securely on the centering pins
- Keep the clutch lining contact surface free of grooves, oil and grease
- Clutch Plate

- The spring cage faces the pressure plate
- Centering. Refer to CLUTCH, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, WITH SINGLE FLYWHEEL
- Pressure Plate
- Removing and Installing. Refer to CLUTCH, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, WITH SINGLE FLYWHEEL .
- Check the ends of the diaphragm spring. Refer to Figure
- Checking the spring connections and rivet connections. Refer to Figure
- Bolt
- M 6: 13 Nm
- M 7: 20 Nm

- Loosen and tighten in small steps and in diagonal sequence
