Dual Mass Flywheel
- Removing and installing. Refer to CYLINDER BLOCK, TRANSMISSION SIDE (CVCA, CUUA, CUUB, DELA, DEBA, DEJA, DGMA) , CYLINDER BLOCK, TRANSMISSION SIDE (CZCA, CZDA, CZTA) , CYLINDER BLOCK, TRANSMISSION SIDE (CBPA, CKJA) , CYLINDER BLOCK, TRANSMISSION SIDE (CNLA, CRJA) or CYLINDER BLOCK, TRANSMISSION SIDE (CPLA, CPPA, CPKA, CPRA) .
- Make sure it fits securely on the centering pins
- Keep the clutch lining contact surface free of grooves, oil and grease.
Clutch Plate
- For allocation refer to the Parts information.
- Only replace together with the pressure plate
- Removing and Installing. Refer to CLUTCH, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, WITH DUAL MASS FLYWHEEL, SACHS .
- Installation position. Refer to Installation Position Of Clutch Disc At Dual-Mass Flywheel .
Pressure Plate
- With adjustment mechanism
- For allocation refer to the Parts information.
- Only replace together with the clutch plate
- Removing and Installing. Refer to CLUTCH, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, WITH DUAL MASS FLYWHEEL, SACHS .
- Check the ends of the diaphragm spring. Refer to Checking Ends Of Diaphragm Spring .
- Checking the spring connections and rivet connections. Refer to Checking The Pull-Springs And Rivet Connection .
Bolt
- M 6: 13 Nm
- M 7: 20 Nm
- For allocation refer to the Parts information.
- Loosen and tighten in small steps and in diagonal sequence
