Sub-Assembly Bracket
- Removing and installing. Refer to SUB-ASSEMBLY BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- Tightening specification:
  - Short bolt 20 Nm +45°
  - Long bolt 20 Nm +180°
- Replace after removing.
- Quantity: 3
- Different lengths
High Pressure Pump Toothed Belt Sprocket
Nut
- 95 Nm
- Use the Counterhold - Camshaft Gear :T10051 to loosen and tighten
Hub
- Remove using the Puller :T10489
High Pressure Pump
- With Fuel Metering Valve -N290- (not open)
- Removing and installing. Refer to HIGH PRESSURE PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- After replacing adapt the adaptation values in "Guided Functions " using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
Fuel Supply Hose
Fuel Return Hose
High Pressure Line
- Between the high pressure reservoir and the high pressure pump.
- Removing. Refer to HIGH PRESSURE LINE BETWEEN HIGH PRESSURE RESERVOIR (RAIL) AND HIGH PRESSURE PUMP, REMOVING .
- Read and follow all instructions on installing the high pressure lines. Refer to HIGH PRESSURE LINE, INSTALLING .
