Engine Cover, Removing And Installing: Removing

CAUTION:

When removing and installing the engine cover, make sure that the fuel supply line or the different contacts and wires are not hit. This could result in damage to the connections on the injectors. This results in leaks in the fuel system.

-- Carefully pull the engine cover off the retaining pins one after the other in direction of -arrows-. Do not remove the engine cover on one side or in a jerking manner.
