- Toothed Belt
- Check for wear
- Removing. Refer to TOOTHED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Adjusting valve timing. Refer to VALVE TIMING, ADJUSTING .
- Pay attention to the bending radius. Refer to Toothed Belt Bending Radius .
- Bolt
- 25 Nm
- Tensioning Roller
- To remove and install, remove the engine support. Refer to ENGINE MOUNT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolt
- 8 Nm +45°
- Replace after removing.
- Cap
- Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Installing .
- Replace after removing.
- Exhaust Camshaft Toothed Belt Sprocket
- With camshaft adjuster
- Camshaft adjuster, removing and installing. Refer to EXHAUST CAMSHAFT ADJUSTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Guide Sleeve
- Intake Camshaft Toothed Belt Sprocket
- With camshaft adjuster
- Camshaft adjuster, removing and installing. Refer to INTAKE CAMSHAFT ADJUSTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Installing .
- Replace after removing.
- Seal
- Replace after removing.
- Plug
- 20 Nm
- Replace after removing.
- Spacer Sleeve
- Replace after removing.
- With gasket
- Included in the delivery package "item 14"
- Idler Roller
- Bolt
- 45 Nm
- Crankshaft Toothed Belt Sprocket
- There must be no oil on the contact surface between the toothed belt sprocket and crankshaft
- Only possible to install in one position
