- Openings
- One for the Electric Drive Motor -V141- decoupler with 6 mm inner diameter.
- Two for the Electric Drive Motor -V141- cooling system with 8 mm inner diameter.
- Replace after removing the Electric Drive Motor -V141-. Refer to Electric Drive Motor -V141-, ATTACHING TO ENGINE, REINSTALLING Electric Drive Motor -V141- .
- Crankshaft Plugs
- 10 Nm
- Replace after removing.
- Sealing Flange with Sensor Wheel and Seal
- Sealing flange, seal and sensor wheel, replacing. Refer to SEALING FLANGE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, TRANSMISSION SIDE .
- Removing and installing. Refer to SEALING FLANGE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, TRANSMISSION SIDE .
- Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Tightening Specifications With Sequence .
- Sealing flange to engine
- Bolt

- Oil pan to sealing flange

- Electric Drive Motor -V141-, attaching to engine. Refer to Electric Drive Motor -V141-, ATTACHING TO ENGINE .
- Bolts
- 18 Nm +30°
- Bolts can be reused
- Electric Drive Motor -V141- to engine
- Held secure in the Electric Drive Motor -V141- by a plastic retainer
- Follow the tightening specification. Refer to Electric Drive Motor -V141-, ATTACHING TO ENGINE .
- Shims
- There are different thicknesses.
- It is necessary to select the correct shim. Refer to Electric Drive Motor -V141-, ATTACHING TO ENGINE, NEW Electric Drive Motor -V141- .
- Flange
- To the crankshaft
- Central Bolt
- 180 Nm +180°
- Replace after removing.
- Turn the head of the torque wrench (left-hand thread)
- Check the torque wrench function at a suitable location.
- The correct shim must be selected first before tightening when installing a new Electric Drive Motor -V141-. Refer to Electric Drive Motor -V141-, ATTACHING TO ENGINE, NEW Electric Drive Motor -V141-
.NOTE:
The central bolt has a left-hand thread.
The head must be turn by the torque wrench (check the function before tightening the bolt).
The engine must be bolted to the scissor-type assembly platform when loosening and tightening the central bolts. Refer to Electric Drive Motor -V141-, SEPARATING FROM ENGINE .

- Replace after removing.
