- Removing and installing. Refer to EGR Valve 2 -GX6-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING [CVCA, CUUA, CUUB, DELA, DEBA, DEJA, DGMA] .

- Replace after removing.
- O-ring
- Replace after removing.

- Connecting Pipe
- Between the turbocharger and EGR cooler
- Installation position. Refer to Fig 2.

- Replace after removing.

- Tightening specification and sequence (refer to Fig 3), if only the exhaust gas recirculation cooler is removed
- Bracket
- For the EGR cooler
- Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence (refer to Fig 3), if only the exhaust gas recirculation cooler is removed
- Connecting Pipe
- EGR Valve 2 -GX6- on EGR Cooler
-- Tighten the bolts in the steps shown in the sequence:

| 1. | Screw-type clamp -3- | Position above the sealing flange and install the bolt. |
| 2. | Bolts -1 and 2-. | Positioning and installing |
| 3. | Screw-type clamp -3- | At the same time, do not let the clamp contact any component in the installation position. |
| 4. | Screw-type clamp -3- | Tighten the bolt to 7 Nm. |
| 5. | Bolts -1 and 2-. | Install by hand all the way |
| 6. | Bolts -1 and 2-. | 20 Nm |
