Driver Side Airbag Unit, Through 05.2011: Installing

-- Check whether wiring harness -3- is routed as shown in the illustration.

-- Insert airbag connector -2- into connector coupling. Airbag connector must engage audibly.

-- Insert connector -1- into connector coupling.

-- Push airbag unit into steering wheel.

-- Check whether airbag unit is engaged on the left and right-hand side of the steering wheel.

-- Switch on ignition.
