Driver Front Airbag Crash Sensor G283: Removing
NOTE:
The Driver Front Airbag Crash Sensor -G283- in installed in the engine compartment above the left longitudinal member.
WARNING:
Observe safety precautions for working on airbags. Refer to AIRBAG SYSTEM SAFETY PRECAUTIONS .
-- Disconnect the battery. Refer to [For transmission(s) 0A6, 09M] Removal and Installation
-- Press the connector lock and remove the connector -1- from the Driver Front Airbag Crash Sensor -G283- -3-.
-- Remove bolt -2- (6 Nm).
