Intake Manifold And Attachments Overview

Always follow these instructions before and during work.
- Intake Manifold
- With the intake flap motor -V157-.
- With intake air swirl optimization.
- Must not be disassembled.
- Removing and installing, refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD .
- Bolt
- 8 Nm
- Gasket
- Always replace.
- Seal
- Always replace.
- Connecting Pipe CAUTION:
Make sure the connecting pipe coupling element does not bend or stretch. Cracks could develop.
- Always replace.
- Install without tension.
- Bolt
- 20 Nm
- Use the socket insert XZN 10T10385 for loosening and tightening.
- Gasket
- Always replace.
- Bolt
- 8 Nm
- throttle Valve Control Module -J338-
- Remove in order to remove the intake manifold. Refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD .
- Bolt
- 8 Nm
- Remove and install using the socket XZN 8 T40159.
- Bolt
- 8 Nm
- Remove and install using the socket XZN 8 T40159.
- Oil Dipstick
- Check the engine oil level. Refer to ENGINE OIL LEVEL, CHECKING .
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Vacuum Regulator Solenoid Valve -N18-
- With the EGR potentiometer -G212-.
