Exhaust System, Checking For Leaks

Test Sequence

-- Start the engine and let run at idle.

-- Seal the tailpipes, for example, with a cloth or plug, for the duration of the leak test.

-- Check the connections in the exhaust system for leaks by listening.

-- Repair detected leaks.
