Wheel Bearing Housing Bonded Rubber Bushing: Installing

-- Install cover plate.

-- Install wheel bearing/wheel hub unit.

-- Bring rear axle into curb weight position. Refer to REAR AXLE, LIFTING TO CURB WEIGHT POSITION .

NOTE:

Only bolt on transverse link if dimension "a" is reached! Refer to WARNING for "Tightening of the respective bolts/nuts..." under REAR AXLE, LIFTING TO CURB WEIGHT POSITION .

-- Tighten threaded connection -arrow- for lower transverse link -1-.

-- Install coil spring. Refer to COIL SPRING .

-- Install brake disc.

-- Install brake carrier with brake caliper. Refer to Removal and Installation .

-- Install the wheel and tighten the wheel bolts. Refer to WHEEL BOLT TIGHTENING SPECIFICATION .
