Oil Pump

Removing

-- Remove the oil pan and the splash wall. Refer to OIL PAN .

-- Remove bolt -2-.

-- Pull off chain sprocket from oil pump shaft.

-- Unscrew bolts -1- and -3- and remove oil pump.

Installing

Installation is performed in reverse order. When doing this note the following:

-- Insert the alignment sleeves, refer to item - 7- at the top of the oil pump.

Installation position of oil pump shaft/chain sprocket: Can only be installed in one position.

-- Install oil pan OIL PAN .

Oil pump to cylinder block
