Charge Air Regulation Vacuum Diaphragm

Special tools and workshop equipment required 

• Torque Wrench (5-50 Nm) V.A.G 1331

Removing 

-- Remove the turbocharger. Refer to TURBOCHARGER .

-- Remove the circlip -arrow- from the vacuum diaphragm linkage.

-- Disconnect the vacuum line -2- from the vacuum diaphragm -1-.

-- Remove the vacuum diaphragm bolts -arrows- and diaphragm -1- from the turbocharger.

Installing 

Install in reverse order of removal.

• Tightening specifications, refer to CHARGE AIR REGULATION VACUUM DIAPHRAGM .
