Front Bumper Cover

NOTE:

Before replacing the bumper cover, see if it is possible to repair the damage.

NOTE:

Depending on the model, there may be small differences when removing and installing.

Removing

-- Remove the radiator grille. Refer to RADIATOR GRILLE .

-- In vehicles with headlamp cleaning system, pull out spray jets with cover cap from bumper cover until it stops and unclip cover cap.

-- Remove the bolts -2-.

-- Remove bolts -5- from below.

-- Remove the bolts -4- and -1- (pointing upward) in area of left and right wheel housing liners.

A second technician is required for the rest of the removal procedure.

-- With a second mechanic, pull bumper cover -3- parallel out of guide profiles.

-- Disconnect harness connectors of installed electrical components and hoses.

Installation

Install in reverse order of removal.

Make sure gaps are parallel and pay attention to gap dimensions .
