Clutch Overview, SACHS

Dual Mass Flywheel
- Removing and installing, refer to one of the following:
  Gas engines, refer to Removal and Installation .
- Make sure it fits securely on the alignment pins.
- Keep the clutch lining contact surface free of grooves, oil and grease.
Clutch Plate
- Removing and installing, refer to CLUTCH, SACHS .
- Only replace together with the pressure plate.
- Installed position, refer to CLUTCH, SACHS .
Pressure Plate
- With a adjustment mechanism.
- Removing and installing, refer to CLUTCH, SACHS .
- Check the ends of the diaphragm spring, refer to CLUTCH, SACHS .
- Checking the spring and rivet connections, refer to CLUTCH, SACHS .
- Only replace together with the clutch plate.
Bolt
- M6 = 13 Nm
- M7 = 20 Nm
- Loosen and tighten in small steps and in a diagonal sequence.
