Charge Air Pipe From Noise Generator

Removing 

-- Remove the cover for the intake air duct; disengage the side clips to do so -arrows-.

-- Unclip the air duct from the lock carrier air duct, disengage the clips to do so -arrows-.

-- Remove the air duct and the intake air duct.

-- Open the latch -1-, unclip the fuel lines -2- and remove the bolts -3-.

-- Loosen the hose clamp -arrow- and remove the charge air guide.

Installing 

CAUTION:

The charge air pipe clamps must be tightened to 5.5 Nm. An insufficient or excessive tightening torque can cause the charge air hose to come off the charge air pipe while driving.

Install in reverse order of removal. When doing this note the following:
