Vehicles With Plus Suspension

The following components of the Plus suspension are different from the basic suspension:

The Plus suspension can be recognized visually by the ball joint/wheel bearing housing connection, among other things.

The most distinct characteristic are the 5 wheel bolts per wheel. An exception in the Passat VR6 through 09.93. This vehicle has been built with 5-wheel-bolt fastening since June 1991, however, it has been equipped as a running change with the Plus-suspension only since February/March 1992.
