Sleeve VW 423
Torque Wrench (5-50 Nm) V.A.G 1331

-- Remove the outer part of the locking pin.

-- Then carefully pry out the locking pin with a screwdriver.

Installed position:

The mark -arrow- faces toward the upper part of the gear shift shaft.
