Shortening the pipe on the adapter for oil filling VAS 6262 A:

-- Shorten the pipe to 210 mm -a-. This assures the pipe on the adapter for oil filling VAS 6262 A will not touch the bottom of some fluid containers.

NOTE:

Dimension -a- is measured starting from the green surface on the adapter for oil filling VAS 6262 A.

-- Make a mark on the pipe at dimension -a-, and cut it using the pipe cutter VAS 6056/2.

Use the transmission fluid available as a replacement part.

-- When checking the transmission fluid level, always replace the seal -arrow- on the plug.
