Secondary Air Injection System Components Assembly Overview

- Left Combination Valve
- Checking, refer to SECONDARY AIR INJECTION COMBINATION VALVES, CHECKING .
- Remove the throttle valve control module to remove.
- Gasket
- Always replace.
- Connecting Piece
- For the combination valve.
- Bolt, 10 Nm
- Intake Manifold Support, Front
- Intake manifold removing and installing. Refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD .
- Bolt, 20 Nm
- Connecting Hose
- Bolt, 9 Nm
- Connecting Piece
- to Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Solenoid Valve 2 -N320-
- See -item 10- in VACUUM SYSTEM ASSEMBLY OVERVIEW .
- Right Combination Valve
- Checking, refer to SECONDARY AIR INJECTION COMBINATION VALVES, CHECKING .
- Remove the intake manifold to remove. Refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD .
- Spring Type Clip
- Bolt, 2 Nm
- Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Sensor 1 -G609-
- Electrical Connector
- O-ring
- Replace if damaged.
- Pressure Hose
- Ensure the hose is securely seated.
- Connecting Piece
- Air Filter Housing
- Clean if contaminated.
- Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pump Motor -V101-
- Bolt, 10 Nm
- Bracket
- For the AIR pump motor.
- Bolt, 20 Nm
- Rubber Bushing
