Rear Lid Hinge

NOTE:

Removal and installation is described for right rear lid hinge. Removal and installation for the left-hand tailgate hinge is performed in the same manner.

Removing

-- Remove rear lid -1- REAR LID

-- Lower rear molded headliner Removal and Installation

-- Remove hex head nut -3- and rear lid hinge -2- from roof pillar.

Installing

NOTE:

After installing rear lid -1-, retighten hex head nut -3- for rear lid hinge -2- to 24 Nm.

-- Install rear lid hinge -2- and tighten hex head nut -3- to 24 Nm.

-- Install rear lid -1- REAR LID

-- At end of installation, retighten hex head nut -3- to 24 Nm.

-- Install molded headliner Removal and Installation
