Headlamps Overview

NOTE:

In the exploded view illustration, the positioning motors of the three headlamp manufacturers are depicted, since the removal and installation of them differ.

  1. Screws
    • 4 Nm
  2. Adjustment Bushings
  3. Left High Beam Headlamp -M30- and Right High Beam Headlamp -M32-
  4. Left Parking Lamp -M1- and Right Parking Lamp -M3-
  5. Cap
  6. Left Front Turn Signal Light -M5- and Right Front Turn Signal Light -M7-
  7. Lamp Socket With Grip
    • For left front turn signal bulb -M5- and right front turn signal bulb -M7-.
  8. Body Cross Section
  9. Left Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor -V48- and Right Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor -V49-
  10. Cap
  11. Screws
    • Only with manufacturer: AL (Automotive Lighting).
    • For Left Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor -V48- and Right Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor -V49-.
  12. Left Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor -V48- and Right Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor -V49-
    • Headlamp manufacturer: Visteon, removing and installing, refer to VISTEON .
  13. Clamping Ring
  14. Left Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor -V48- and Right Headlamp Beam Adjustment Motor -V49-
    • Headlamp manufacturer: Hella, removing and installing, refer to HELLA .
  15. Clamping Ring
  16. Lamp Socket With Grip
    • For Left Low Beam Headlamp -M29- and Right Low Beam Headlamp -M31-.
  17. Left Low Beam Headlamp -M29- and Right Low Beam Headlamp -M31-
