Scan Tool VAG1551 , connecting: Prerequisites

- Fuses 13, 29, 32, 34 and 43 OK.
- Battery 11.5 volts min..
- Ground (GND) connection between engine and body OK.
- All electrical consumers, e.g. lights and rear window defog off.
- Air conditioning off.
- Selector lever must be in P (Park) or N (Neutral) on vehicles with an automatic transmission.
