Unit injector, servicing

• Always replace seals and O-rings

1 - 20 Nm plus an additional 14 turn (90 ° )

• Replace
• Note sequence when loosening and tightening. Refer to Unit injector, removing and installing  , Unit injector, removing and installing

2 - Rocker arm shaft

• With rocker arm
• Removing and installing. Refer to Unit injector, removing and installing  , Unit injector, removing and installing

3 - Lock nut, 30 Nm

4 - Adjustment screw

• Replace if there are signs of wear when installing a new unit injector
• Adjusting, refer to Unit injector, removing and installing  , Unit injector, removing and installing

5 - Unit injector

• Check ball pin for signs of wear, replace if necessary
• Removing and installing. Refer to Unit injector, removing and installing 

6 - O-ring

• Replacing, refer to O-rings for unit injector, removing and installing 

7 - O-ring

• Replacing, refer to O-rings for unit injector, removing and installing 

8 - O-ring

• Replacing, refer to O-rings for unit injector, removing and installing 

9 - Heat insulation seal

• Replace

10 - Circlip

11 - Cylinder head

12 - Tensioning block

13 - 12 Nm plus an additional 34 turn (270 ° )

• Replace
