Coolant pump, removing and installing: Installing

Installation is performed in reverse order. Note the following:

Moisten new O-ring - 3 - with coolant.
Insert coolant pump - 2 - into cylinder block and tighten securing bolts - 1 -. Tightening torque: 15 Nm

NOTE:

The coolant pump sealing plug faces downward.

Install toothed belt and tension. Refer to Toothed belts, removing, installing and tensioning .
Fill with coolant. Refer to Coolant, draining and filling .
