1 - Poly V-belt

• Mark direction of rotation before removing
• Check for wear
• Do not kink
• Removing and installing. Refer to Poly V-belt, removing and installing 

2 - 10 Nm plus an additional 14 turn (90 ° )

3 - Belt pulley/vibration damper

• Can only be installed in one position. Holes are off-set.

4 - 25 Nm

5 - Tensioning element for poly V-belt

• Turn with open end wrench to relieve tension on poly V-belt. Refer to Poly V-belt, removing and installing 

6 - Generator

7 - Compact bracket

• For Generator, power steering pump and air conditioning compressor

8 - 45 Nm

9 - Banjo bolt, 30 Nm

10 - Seal

• Replace

11 - Pressure line

12 - Power steering pump

• Removing and installing: Refer to 48 STEERING .

13 - Belt pulley

• For power steering pump
