Crankshaft Seal, Transmission Side: Removing

-- Remove the transmission.

-- Lock the crankshaft. Refer to CRANKSHAFT, LOCKING .

-- Remove the flywheel or the drive plate and remove the sensor wheel for the engine speed sensor -G28- from the crankshaft.

-- Pull out the seal using the pulling hook T20143/2.

Do not damage the crankshaft sealing surface when doing this.
