Secondary Air Injection Pump Motor -V101-

Removing 

-- Remove the noise insulation. Refer to Removal and Installation .

-- Disconnect the connectors -1 and 2-.

-- Press out the clip -3- for the wire guide.

-- Press out the wire clip at the top front bolt.

-- Disconnect the pressure tube -1- and vent tube -2-. To do so, compress the securing ring.

-- Remove the nuts and remove the Secondary Air Injection (AIR) pump motor upward. When doing this, press the lower bolt (rubber bushing) slightly in order to get by the transmission.

Installing 

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. When doing this note the following:

• Make sure that the pressure and vent tubes lock securely to AIR pump motor.
