Front seatbelt (with belt tensioner), assembly overview

CAUTION:
Before beginning disassembly, straightening or body repair work, belt tensioning units must be removed.
1 - Belt height adjustment
- To remove height adjustment mechanism, upper B-pillar trim must be removed first
2 - Cylinder bolt
- Tightening torque: 23 Nm
3 - Belt relay
4 - Cover cap
5 - Hex head bolt
- Tightening torque: 40 Nm
6 - Belt latch
7 - Connector
- Only with electrical belt tensioners
8 - Seat belt with belt tensioner
- Removing → Front seat belts, removing and installing
9 - Hex head bolt
- Tightening torque: 40 Nm
10 - Hex head bolt
- Tightening torque: 40 Nm
11 - Phillips head screws
- Qty. 2
- Tightening torque: 1.5 Nm
