NOTE:
  • Removal and installation is described for the right-hand side of the vehicle. Removal and installation for the left-hand side is performed in the same manner.
  • Two different belt tensioners are installed: Belt tensioners with electrical igniters in vehicles with side airbag and belt tensioners with mechanical igniters in vehicles without side airbag.
