NOTE:

The fuel hoses on the engine may only be secured with spring clamps.

It is recommended to use hose clip pliers VAS 6340 or hose clip pliers V.A.G 1921 to install the spring clamps.

If the fuel delivery unit was replaced, then it will be necessary to adapt the Engine control Module (ECM) to the fuel pump using the vehicle diagnostic tester.
