Mechatronic Unit Bolt Tightening Sequence and Specifications
-- Install the new bolts -1 through 10- by hand.
-- Tighten the new bolts -1 through 10- in the specified sequence to 5 Nm. Then tighten them an addition 90° (1/4) turn in the same order.
Oil Pump Bolt Variety and Tightening Specification
All four bolts - arrows- with flat heads
Tightening specification: 5 Nm + 90° (1/4 turn) additional turn
3 bolts with flat head, top bolt -arrow- is countersunk
Tightening Specification:
- Countersunk bolt: 8 Nm (tighten using the special wrench, long reach T10054)
- Flat head bolts: 8 Nm + 90° (1/4) additional turn
