Rear lights in rear fenders - assembly with LED lights, removing and installing

Rear light housing in rear fender cannot be disassembled. The following components are integrated:

• Left Taillamp M4 / Right Taillamp M2
• Left Brake/Taillamp M21 / Right Brake/Taillamp M22
• Left Rear Turn Signal Lamp M6 / Right Rear Turn Signal Lamp M8

Removing: 

• Open rear lid and fold aside luggage compartment carpet/trim.

• Disconnect electrical connection - 1  -.
• Remove nuts - 2  -.
• Remove rear light assembly.

Installing: 

Install in reverse order of removal, noting the following:

• Tighten nuts - 2  - according to values in table → Rear lights in rear fender side panel, tightening torques .

• Check gap dimension to body after installing rear light assembly.
