1. Radiator
   • Removing and installing RADIATOR .
   • After replacing replace entire amount of coolant
2. O-ring
   • Replace if damaged
3. Upper coolant hose
   • Coolant hose connection diagram COOLANT HOSE CONNECTION DIAGRAM .
4. Cap
   • Check with cooling system tester V.A.G 1274 and adapter V.A.G 1274/9 COOLING SYSTEM, CHECKING FOR LEAKS .
   • Test pressure 1.4 to 1.6 bar
5. Connector
6. 3 Nm
7. Expansion tank
   • With Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor - G32-
   • Check with cooling system tester V.A.G 1274 and adapter V.A.G 1274/8 COOLING SYSTEM, CHECKING FOR LEAKS .
8. Lower coolant hose
   • Coolant hose connection diagram COOLANT HOSE CONNECTION DIAGRAM .
9. 5 Nm
10. 5 Nm
11. Coolant Fan 2 -V177-
    • Only vehicles with optional equipment
    • Removing and installing COOLANT FANS .

    • With Coolant Fan Control (FC) control module -J293-
    • Removing and installing COOLANT FANS .
