Level control system sensors, hecking

General information:

Vehicle Level Sensors transmit a Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signal (representing vehicle attitude, load etc.)to the Headlamp Range Control Module J431.

The checking procedure determines if the signals produced by Left Rear Level Control System Sensor G76 and Left Front Level Control System Sensor G78 are evaluated by Headlamp Range Control Module J431.

In the following cases, no DTC are stored in Headlamp Range Control Module J431 memory:

NOTE:
  • If values of vehicle level sensors are outside the tolerance range, headlamp basic setting cannot be performed.
