Alarm Horn H12, emoving and installing

Alarm Horn H12 is located at right on A-pillar in fender.

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

NOTE:

Anti-theft alarm system must be deactivated prior to removing alarm horn → Anti-theft warning system, activating and deactivating .

Installing:

NOTE:

Perform appropriate corrosion protection measures → 00 - GENERAL, TECHNICAL DATA .
Reconnect electrical connection to Alarm Horn H12.

Guide clip - 2 - for Alarm Horn H12 - 3 - into body cutout - 1 -.
Secure Alarm Horn H12 with appropriate rivets using pop rivet pliers VAS 5072 (or equivalent).
