General information

The windshield wiper system is controlled by the Wiper Motor Control Module J400 which is integrated with Drivers Windshield Wiper Motor V216.

To remove wiper blades, wiper arms must be set to "service/winter position". The "service/winter position" is activated by operating windshield wiper lever in "touch sweep" position within 10 seconds after switching off ignition Owners Manual.

NOTE:
  • In order to prevent potential damage to wiper arms, the windshield wipers will not function, or will cease functioning should the front hood be opened.
