Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor G93 With Wiring Harness, Removing And Installing

Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor G93 cannot be separated from the wiring harness.
Removing
- Remove valve body, refer to Valve body, removing and installing .
- Remove torque converter housing, refer to Transmission, disassembling and assembling .
- Remove bearing and differential cage.
- Remove ATF screen.
- Disconnect connectors off sensors - 1 - and - 2 -.
- Remove retainer - 4 - arrow -.
- Remove Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor G93 - 3 -.
- Turn transmission.
- Remove cover, refer to Transmission, disassembling and assembling .
Do not turn back transmission before cover is reinstalled. Otherwise, clutch "K2/K3" and other components will fall out.
Disconnect connector off Transmission Input Speed (RPM) Sensor G182 - 1 -.
- Remove sensor bolts and remove.
- Remove Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor G93 with wiring harness downwards.
Installing
- Guide wire for sensor Transmission Input Speed (RPM) Sensor G182 from beneath through transmission housing.
- Push connector onto sensor and install sensor. Tighten bolt to 8 Nm.
- Install cover, refer to Install cover .
- Turn transmission.
- Install Transmission Fluid Temperature Sensor G93 and tighten bolts to 8 Nm.
- Connect connectors for Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) G68 and Intermediate Shaft Speed Sensor G265.
- Install wiring harness retainer and tighten bolt to 8 Nm.
- Guide wiring into valve body housing.
- Install ATF strainer.
Install remaining parts, refer to Transmission, assembling .
