Multi-Function Transmission Range (TR) Switch F125, Installing And Adjusting

- Place multifunction switch F125 on selector shaft.
Installation position:
Fig 2: Groove In Selector Shaft Must Line Up With Mark On Multi-Function Transmission Range (TR) Switch F125
Groove - 1 - in selector shaft must line up with mark - 2 - on Multi-Function Transmission Range (TR) Switch F125.
Fig 3: Tighten Securing Bolts For Multi-Function Transmission Range (TR) Switch F125 Until Finger-Tight
- Tighten securing bolts - arrows - for Multi-Function Transmission Range (TR) Switch F125 until finger-tight.
- Place setting gauge on selector shaft and secure it.
- Move selector shaft lever on transmission to position "N".
- Turn switch so that dowel hole in switch housing - 1 - lines up with hole in setting gauge.
- Push in dowel pin - 2 - of setting gauge.
- Tighten securing bolts - arrows - for Multi-Function Transmission Range (TR) Switch F125.
- Connect connector - 2 - wire for multifunction switch.
- Push lever - 1 - onto selector shaft.
- Tighten nut - arrow -.
- Install selector lever cable, refer to Selector lever cable, removing and installing .
- Install battery and battery holder. Refer to 27 BATTERY, STARTER, GENERATOR, CRUISE CONTROL .
- Connect Ground (GND) strap to battery.
- Code radio, refer to 91 RADIO, TELEPHONE, NAVIGATION, TRIP COMPUTER .
