1 - Sealing plug, 25 Nm
2 - Gasket
- Always replace
3 - Oil cooler
- Make sure there is sufficient clearance to surrounding components
- See note. Refer to Lubrication system components
4 - Gasket
- Always replace
- Snaps into tabs on oil cooler
5 - Oil seal
- If sealing ring is leaking cut open and replace.
6 - Sealing plug, 10 Nm
7 - Sealing plug, 40 Nm
8 - Spring
- For pressure relief valve, approx. 5 bar
9 - Piston
- For pressure relief valve, approx. 5 bar
10 - 0.7 bar Oil Pressure Switch F1 , 25 Nm
- Color: brown
- Checking. Refer to Oil pressure and oil pressure switch, checking
11 - Gasket
- Always replace
12 - 15 Nm plus an additional 1 / 4 turn (90 ° )
- Always replace
- First, fasten upper left and lower right bolts, and then tighten all four bolts in a diagonal sequence
13 - Oil filter bracket
14 - Oil seal
- Always replace
15 - Oil supply line
- To turbocharger
- Removing and installing
16 - Banjo bolt
- Torque specification: 40 Nm
17 - Cap, 25 Nm
- Loosen and tighten with oil filter wrench 3417
18 - O-ring
- Always replace
19 - Oil filter cartridge
