Idler roller, removing and installing

Only for vehicles with air conditioning system

Removing

Remove right insulation pan: Refer to 50 BODY, FRONT
Remove ribbed belt. Refer to Ribbed belt, removing and installing .
Pry off cover - 1 - using screwdriver.
Remove bolts - 2 - and remove idler roller - 3 -.

Installing

Set idler roller - 3 - in place and fasten bolt - 2 -. Torque specification 25 Nm
Install ribbed belt. Refer to Ribbed belt, removing and installing .
Install noise insulation pan. Refer to 50 BODY, FRONT
