2 - Coolant pump

• Check for ease of movement.
• Note installation position.
• Removing and installing. Refer to Coolant pump, removing and installing .

3 - O-ring

• Replace

4 - From cylinder head

5 - To bypass flap

6 - From Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) cooler

• To heat exchanger

7 - From bypass flap

• To Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) cooler

8 - To Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) cooler

9 - To top of expansion tank

• Coolant hose connection diagram. Refer to Coolant hose connection diagram  .

10 - Upper coolant pipe

• Bolted to cylinder head cover
• As a unit with fuel lines
• Coolant hose connection diagram. Refer to Coolant hose connection diagram  .

11 - O-ring

• Replace

12 - Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor -G62-

• With Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor -G2-.

13 - Securing clip

• Check for secure seating

14 - From heat exchanger

• Coolant hose connection diagram. Refer to Coolant hose connection diagram  .

15 - To top of radiator

• Coolant hose connection diagram. Refer to Coolant hose connection diagram  .

16 - 10 Nm

17 - Connection union

• Opening lift: min. 7 mm
