Rear brake caliper piston, removing and installing: Installing

- Install dust boot onto piston.
- Hold piston in front of caliper and insert inner sealing lip into cylinder groove using VAG 1474/5.
- Turn knurled wheel of tool clockwise to install piston.
CAUTION:
The collar of the tool (arrow) must contact the brake caliper.
NOTE:
If piston is difficult to turn use open -end 13 mm wrench on flats provided (arrow -A-).
- Install brake pads.
- Open bleeder screw (left arrow) and fill with brake fluid from container until brake fluid flows from brake line connection (right arrow) without bubbles.
- Close bleeder screw.
